Environmental Restoration begins with primary data collection
using tools and analytical testing methods to investigate
and provide the client with a certified report of "chemicals
of concern". Surface and subsurface exploratory methods
ascertain contaminant exposure pathways (dermal, inhalation,
ingestion) of soil, water and airborne chemical contaminants.
Contaminated soil and groundwater requires disclosure in
property transactions. The chemicals of concern are used
in calculations of potential human and ecological health
risk, and must be reduced to levels that are court-defensible
for the use of the property. Disclosure of contaminated
property can lead to a diminished property value unless
otherwise corrected. Environmental restoration increases
land value and makes a distressed property saleable.
The Denali Group offers a full range of soil and water media characterization, contaminated soil characterization, ground water sampling, compliance monitoring, computer modeling, and remediation. Denali performs property transaction due diligence and offers assistance through associates in property management and real estate.
