A human health risk assessment was designed and implemented by Denali prior to grading Site soils. The soil and groundwater-testing plan investigated arsenic, lead, fuel hydrocarbons, pesticides, polyaromatic hydrocarbons, and chlorinated solvents. The Site met the California Regional Water Quality Board’s Risk Based Screening Levels with the exception of one area impacted with fuel hydrocarbons that required remedial efforts prior to construction.
