Accidental Chemical Release Investigation

Denali was retained to conduct an investigation of an accidental ammonia release at a Santa Clara County industrial facility and to interface with regulatory personnel from Cal-OSHA and the Bay Area Air Quality Management District. Denali reviewed the facilities Process Safety Management and Risk Management Plan documents, interviewed plant personnel, developed corrective actions, conducted updated safety training and negotiated compliance issues with Cal-OSHA.
