Denali consultants conducted an initial vulnerability assessment (IVA) and integrated risk assessment for one of the largest Counties in the State of Oregon. The project included facilitating meetings with key County Directors and Managers, assessment of County operations and the development of the County's vulnerability assessment and risk profile. Following the IVA, Denali personnel developed the integrated risk assessment ranking and prioritization of the County's risk profile.
